<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt合同履行期限：到货时间：中标人应在收到招标人通知后的60个日历日内完成到货，具体时间以甲方通知为准。初步验收时间：自到货验收合格之日起90个日历日内完成安装与调试工作，安装调试完成后，进行初步验收。最终验收时间：根据甲方到货进度开展验收，货物通过初步验收后起进入为期不少于3个月的试运行阶段，试运行阶段结束后可进行最终验收。质量保障服务期限：硬件5年。

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt本项目为非专门面向中小微企业采购的项目，大中小微型企业均可参加投标。

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt本项目采购标的所属行业为《中小企业划型标准规定》（工信部联企业〔2011〕300号的附件）中所述的工业。

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt二、投标人的资格要求：

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt1、必须为未被列入信用中国网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)渠道信用记录失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的投标人，否则其投标将被拒绝。以开标后采购人或者采购代理机构资格审查时的查验结果为准。

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt2、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定，投标人必须在投标文件中提供下述资格证明文件，否则按无效投标处理：

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt（1）法人或者其他组织的营业执照副本复印件或同类型证明文件，自然人的身份证明文件复印件；

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt（2）财务状况报告，依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的相关材料；(投标人应提供书面承诺)

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt（3）具备履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的证明材料；(投标人应提供书面承诺)

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt（4）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；(投标人应提供书面承诺)

<p class="Indent" style="margintop:14px; textalign:justify; textindent:24.1pt4、投标人须出具网络安全审查承诺函并加盖投标人公章，原件须封装在投标文件正本中递交。网络安全审查承诺函内容包括但不限于：承诺配合网络安全审查；承诺自2022年至2025年未发生过未通过网络安全审查的情形；承诺不利用提供产品和服务的便利条件非法获取用户数据、非法控制和操纵用户设备，无正当理由不中断产品供应或必要的技术支持服务等。
