采购文件第二章采购需求中付款方式有误，现更正为“

<p class="151期：支付比例30%,预付款，按8:2的比例支付，即工程进度款按实际完成工程量80%支付。其中支付比例80%中的30%为预付款（1、工程预付款:合同签订后10个日历天内可以支付合同金额的30%以内的预付款(工程预付款具体额度视资金到位情况由建设单位进行支付)，在预付款拨付之前承包人须提供预付款等额的银行保函担保，并先开具收款证明(在抵扣时再开具发票) 2、预付款抵扣方式:工程进度款累计支付达到预付款相应比例额度后，在工程进度款支付时分期抵扣预付款。每期抵扣预付款不低于当期应付工程进度款金额的50%，并在工程进度款累计支付达到合同价的80%（包括预付款）前抵扣完全部预付款。在工程建设过程，发包人有权根据资金到位情况，可提前抵扣预付款或调整预付款的抵扣比例，中标人须无条件服从）；
