<th style="width:12%;服务标准 C06049900 C06049900 其他体育服务 2025年度自行车运动项目赛事安全检查服务 在履约期限内供应商需完成8场次自行车运动项目赛事安全评估检查工作。（具体服务范围详见招标文件） 在履约期间供应商选派赛事技术专家对相关安全事项进行检查。每场比赛赛事检查专家组成不少于5人，对各赛事进行实地检查，并填写检查清单，对不满足要求或有安全隐患的地方提出整改意见并出具安全提示函。（具体服务要求详见招标文件） 合同签订生效后150日以内完成 参照国家、行业现行标准并按照采购文件要求执行

代理服务费收费标准：

<p class="ucontent" style="textindent: 0;以中标/成交服务费为计费基数，参照2002年10月15日国家计委印发的《招标代理服务费收费管理暂行办法》[计价格【2002】1980号]、2003年9月15日《国家发展改革委办公厅关于招标代理服务费收费有关问题的通知》[发改办价格【2003】857号]的规定标准下浮20%收取；在代理机构发出中标通知书前由中标/成交人向代理机构交纳代理服务费（交款方式采取转账或汇款等非现金的方式，确有困难的，可采取现金支付。）。
