（1）中标人需要确保教材质量，为合法渠道的正版、正规供应无损伤的书本；质量达到国家规定的教材验收标准。

（2）中标人须取得本标中的教材和教辅资料的129家出版社发行授权书或供货合同（名单详见附件，需提供佐证材料，未提供或提供的材料不符的作废标处理）

（3）中标人必须具有国家中职三科统编教材在浙江省发行资格，并提供相关证明文件，允许使用为同一集团的资质文件。

（4）中标人需严格按采购人提供的教材名称、出版社（采购社）、主编、书号等要求供货，不得私自更改。若所供教材质量低劣，教材出现被污染、图文不清、断页、缺页、破损、印装错误等质量问题，中标人应保证无条件及时予以调换新书，由此造成的损失及费用全部由中标人承担。
